Georgi Petkov has more than 20 years of experience in advisory and assurance services in a broad range of industries. He has acted as Head of Grant Thornton Bulgaria’s Advisory team and key financial expert on a number of transaction experience in due diligence, deal support and structuring for both foreign and domestic clients.
Georgi has valuation experience, including real estate includes valuations for restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, litigation and accounting requirements covering businesses both in the Bulgaria and internationally.
